Department History Project and Contact Database

Welcome Present and Former Members of the Physiology Department; including Alumni, and Faculty, Staff, and Students.

We are currently compiling a history of our department based upon the contributions of those individuals associated with the department in some official capacity since its inception. It is our specific intent to elucidate the development of the U of M’s Physiology department for us, its members. The main approach will be to document the role of each individual in our shared endeavor. This will also enable you to contact others in this ever expanding, network.

On this website, we intend to display a departmental timeline, replete with photos and text cataloging the milestones and advancements made by our department. We will also have a secure database of contact information for our Physiology Connections Network. This database will be accessible only to the participants, and will require either an internet log-in through our website or through personal contact with our administrators.

In addition to the historical texts, photos, and contact information which we will include, we would really appreciate personal touches from you. These may include your achievements that are related to Physiology, personal anecdotes from your experiences with the department,  and photos you’d be interested in sharing. Beyond the scientific work please include information on family, hobbies , and whatever else makes your life special. Current and past activity are both of interest.
